What we do

The menu board

Basic processing on any animal includes steaks and roasts cut, plus burger and chili ground. Everything else is up to you.

Made from your harvest

Add any of these to your cut ticket and we'll smoke them right here at the plant. All our specialty sausage comes fully cooked and smoked. Simply thaw and eat.

How it works

From the truck to the freezer

  1. Step 1Pull up to the deckHarvest drop-off in the back at the deck. 9 AM – 9 PM daily in season, or use the tag drop-off after hours.
  2. Step 2Fill out your cut ticketSteaks, roasts, grind, plus any sausage, jerky or snack sticks. We will help you pick.
  3. Step 3Pay the basicsBasic processing, cut fee and any euro or cape fee at drop-off. The rest at pick-up.
  4. Step 4We call, you pick upPackaged and boxed. Pick up within 14 days of our call.

About four miles east of downtown Cisco on Highway 6. The meat plant next door at 8911 Highway 6 is a different business.

Open October through January. Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. On holiday closures the back-deck drop-off stays open. Instructions are posted on the deck.
