Paying for your order

Basic processing, cut fee, and any euros or cape fee are paid before you leave the drop-off. The remaining balance is due at pick-up.

We take cash (preferred), credit and debit cards, checks.

What to put on your cut ticket

All our specialty sausage comes fully cooked and smoked. Simply thaw and eat. 6 lb minimum on all sausage.

Jalapeño Cheese: Big chunks of cheese and jalapeño. It's got it all going on.
Honey Chipotle: A little sass up front, then just a hint of sweetness. Pork or venison.
